Are you willing to make mistakes? Our automatic response might be yes, but really consider how willing you are to get something wrong. Most of us have a natural risk-avoidance driver, especially when it comes to the important things in life. The thought of taking a wrong turn or falling flat on our face is anything but appealing. But sometimes our best learning comes from trying something new and being willing to make it up as you go along. Of course that means that you have to let go of the need to be perfect! But perfection is vastly over-rated. The real thrill of life comes from discovering a different way, finding what works and what doesn't and being on the leading edge of something new. Embrace and celebrate each and every one of your mistakes and watch as the path to success unfolds in front of you.
So true, I like my mentors phrase "just do it"
